Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days after shipping. Delivery times can be longer during holidays and peak season.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email support@myplumi.co as soon as possible — we can update it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.
